Miris, Hatiku Teriris

Membaca berita hari ini (10 Oktober 2023) bikin hatiku teriris. Bagaimana tidak. Pasalnya seorang guru diperkarakan hanya gegara menyuruh siswanya (korban) untuk shalat jema’ah. Tak tanggung tanggung sang guru digugat 50 juta. Waduh, uang sebanyak darimana akan didapat. Begitu keluhnya.
Gugatan tersebut disebabkan sang siswa (korban) mengalami memar di bagian tubuhnya. Padahal si guru hanya mencubit, konon begitu ceritanya. Tuntutan dilakukan tersebab penganiayaan sebagai dasar alasan dan perbuatan tidak menyenangkan, padahal sang guru sudah meminta maaf.
Sungguh seorang guru harus sabar dalam mengajar dan mengajak siswa pada jalan yang benar. Berusaha sedapat mungkin tidak tersulut dengan tingkah pola siswa, hingga tidak terjadi yang tidak diinginkan. Namun guru pun manusia, terkadang bahkan seringkali khilaf dilakukan.
Semoga kasus di atas berakhir dengan damai, atau dapat diberlakukan restoratif Justice, hingga sang guru yang mengajak kebaikan tak harus terbebani dengan membayar 50 juta.
