Wahai Penipu, Bayarlah Hutangmu dan Kembalikan Nama Baik Menantuku!

Awal Maret 2021, menantu saya menerima kabar dari ibunya bahwa ada kiriman ATM dari Bank P. Tentu saja menantu saya kaget, dia tidak pernah membuat rekening di bank tersebut, tapi ko tiba-tiba ada kiriman ATM. Tadinya mau konfirmasi, cuma karena punya bayi dan kondisi sekarang sedang pandemi, niatnya untuk konfirmasi ke bank ditunda.
30 Maret kemarin, tiba-tiba ada pemberitahuan dari PINJOL lewat email, yang mengingatkan bahwa pinjaman sudah jatuh tempo dan harus segera dibayar. Dia kembali kaget, pinjam saja engga, kenapa tiba-tiba ada yang nagih? Sesuai saran dari suaminya (anak saya), email tersebut dia abaikan. “Paling juga yang mau nipu,” demikian pikir anak saya. Karena penasaran, menantu saya googling di layanan konsumen tentang pinjol tersebut, dan ternyata ada beberapa kasus yang sama. Tidak pernah pinjam tapi dapat email telat pembayaran. Hal tersebut tentu saja membuat beban pikiran buat menantu saya. Seumur-umur dia tidak pernah punya hutang, tiba-tiba ada yang nagih, siapa yang ga stress? Mereka baru satu tahun menikah, selain stress ditagih, dia juga khawatir suaminya menduga yang tidak-tidak (Pinjam uang tanpa sepengetahuan suami)
1 April 2021. Tiba-tiba ada WA dari pinjol tersebut. Isinya sebagai berikut,
“Selamat pagi!
Kami dari Tim Penagihan Kredit Pintar. Mohon sampaikan kepada Yth. … (nama menantu saya), karena nomor ini dijadikan nomor darurat yang dipercaya untuk data-datanya dan untuk lakukan pembayaran beliau kami masih tunggu sekarang. Kami sudah coba menghubungi beliau dan juga SMS tapi beliau belum ada konnfirmasi dan tidak ada pembayaran. Sebelum datanya ditindak lebih tegas oleh Kami tim penagihan langsung ke rumah/tempat kerja. Kami akan terus infokan ke nomor ini, jika beliau belum ada pembayaran, tolong kerjasamanya dan dipastikan pesan ini sampai ke beliau, terimakasih.”
Makin panik dong dia? Mana anak saya sedang kerja, tapi kemudian komunikasi dengan anak saya yang kemudian anak saya juga langsung komunikasi dengan kami sehingga kami tahu persis permasalahannya. Suami saya menyarankan agar anak saya ijin pulang dari kantornya dan mengantar istrinya segera menghubungi Bank P, konfirmasi mengenai ATM yang tiba-tiba diterima dan adanya tagihan online tersebut. Kami juga komunikasi dengan pihak besan yang intinya kami saling menguatkan, jangan takut jika memang tidak salah. Kalaupun nanti ada yang datang langsung menagih, pastinya datang ke alamat rumah besan dan besan pun sudah siap pasang badan. “Kalau sampai penagih itu datang, sama aja dengan ular nyamperin gegebuk!” Katanya dengan nada khas Betawi.
Anak saya pun langsung ijin pulang dan menjemput istrinya menghubungi Bank P sambil membawa bayi mereka (nyusahin banget kan tuh orang?) Dan ternyata, dugaan kami benar. Ada yang membuat rekening di Bank tersebut atas nama menantu saya. Dari data-data yang didapat, si penjahat itu membuat rekening atas nama menantu saya, menggunakan nomor HP punya dia, tapi memberikan email dan nomor HP asli menantu saya sebagai nomor darurat. Pintar sekali tuh orang. Dia tidak menggunakan nomor HP menantu saya langsung, karena kalau menggunakan nomor HP menantu, pasti akan ada konfirmasi yang datang ke nomor menantu saya yang pastinya akan ditolak. Dia memberikan nomor HP menantu saya sebagai nomor darurat, seolah-olah nomor menantu saya adalah nomor saudara atau teman dekatnya. Dari mana dia tahu nomor HP menantu saya, itu yang kami belum tahu.
Dari data dan rekening koran yang diterima di Bank itu juga, ternyata setelah membuka rekening di Bank P, langsung ada uang masuk dari Aplikasi Pintar (Pinjaman online itu), dan selang lima menit uang tersebut langsung ditransfer ke Oppo milik seseorang. Nah, Oppo itulah yang mestinya dilacak siapa pemiliknya, karena pasti dialah yang telah berbuat kejahatan beruntun itu. Dikatakan kejahatan beruntun karena selain telah menipu si pemilik PINJOL, menipu Bank juga ketika membuka rekening, dan yang paling menjengkelkan adalah telah menyalahgunakan nama orang untuk meminjam (masuk ke pencemaran nama baik).
Jelas sekarang. Ada orang yang meminjam ke pinjaman online atas nama menantu saya, lalu karena syaratnya harus ada rekening atas nama yang sama, dibuatlah rekening atas nama menantu saya itu di bank P. Yang kami heran, ko bisa pihak Bank dengan mudah membuka rekening dari orang yang bukan asli. Belakangan saya tahu bahwa pembukaan di bank itu bisa dengan mudah dilakukan lewat online juga. Padahal yang saya tahu, ketika membuka rekening itu ada beberapa persyaratan yang harus ditempuh. Kebetulan saya kemarin mengantar keponakan membuat rekening. Syaratnya adalah harus Pingger print dan menyerahkan KTP lalu menyesuaikan data yang ada di KTP itu dengan data di dukcapil yang memang sudah online. Jika cocok, baru bisa lanjut. Lha itu? Di Bank itu? Kami bisa saja menuntut karena keteledoran Bank tersebut. Hallo… pihak OJK, tolong tindak lanjuti kasus itu ya? (rencananya anak saya akan mengadu ke OJK juga kepolisian tentang kasus tersebut. Sayangnya sekarang sedang libur, jadi rencananya akkan melapor hari Senin)
Pihak PINJOL juga begitu mudah memberikan pinjaman, padahal mestinya ketika memberikan pinjaman harus benar-benar hati-hati. Oke lah dia berupaya mencari nasabah sebanyak mungkin, tapi kalau ga dibayar, siapa yang rugi? Dia sendiri kan? Karena siapa pula yang mau membayar jika tak pernah merasa pinjam? (Menantu dan anak saya sudah sepakat tidak akan membayar dan bahkan akan langsung mendatangi pihak PINJOL itu langsung dengan membawa data dan bukti bahwa mereka tidak pernah meminjam).
Intinya tujuan tulisan ini adalah pembelajaran buat kita semua, bahwa ternyata kita saat ini sedang “diintai” oleh hacker dan berniat memanfaatkan data kita. Hati-hati dengan data yang mungkin saja kita upload saat mengisi biodata. Hati-hati juga dengan KTP yang mungkin pernah kita berikan, pernah kita buang di tempat sampah, atau mungkin kita pernah belanja online. Bukankah bulan Juli 2020 lalu ada kabar bahwa telah terjadi kebocoran akun di salah satu belanja online terbesar dan disebar di forum internet? Astagfirullah …
Semoga si penjahat itu segera melunasi hutangnya yang menggunakan nama menantu saya. Semoga dia juga bisa segera minta maaf karena telah mencemarkan nama baik, segera taubat karena bagaimanapun perbuatan itu sangat merugikan orang dan tidak akan berkah buat dia maupun keluarganya. Mohon doa dari teman-teman, semoga anak kami segera bisa menyelesaikan masalahnya. Dan yang paling penting, semoga kami bisa tetap santai dan berpikir jernih saat menerima ancaman. Jika kita memang tidak salah, tak usah takut apalagi panik. Insya Allah, Allah akan selalu bersama kita, dan semoga pemerintah kita segera memperbaiki suasana seperti ini jangan sampai menimpa lagi ke banyak orang, sehingga kita bisa berselancar menggunakan internet dengan aman dan nyaman.
