BRI cabang Setu adalah bank pelayanan rakyat yang melayani masyarakat Setu dan sekitarnya. musim wabah seperti pada saat sekarang mungkin bagi personal dan karyawan BRI ini menjadi dilema dan masalah, akan tetapi masyarakat sebagai nasabah tetap ingin mendapatkan pelayanan sebagaimana mestinya. begitu pun dari pihak BRI sendiri tentu ingin melayani nasabahnya dengan sebaik baiknya.
Hari ini saya terpaksa keluar rumah untuk pergi ke BRI dengan berbagai keperluan, awalnya saya ragu untuk berangkat, setelah berhari hari berfikir, akhirnya pagi ini ketika matahari sudah berada pada gelombang pendek, sekaligus memanfaatkan momen berjemur di atas motor, sembari berjalan perlahan hingga sampai di depan parkiran BRI cabang Setu. Ternyata parkiran pelataran BRI sudah penuh dengan kendaraan yang sudah berjajar, beberapa nasabah yang mengantre tidak semua berada di dalam ruangan. Rupanya satpam telah mengatur masuknya nasabah di dalam ruangan. Ruangan yang biasanya penuh dengan nasabah hari ini tak terlihat seperti itu, sedikit agak lengang dan semua orang yang duduk di dalam ruang tunggu saling menjaga jarak dan tidak mengobrol satu sama lain.
Baru di depan pintu masuk, seorang satpam langsung bertanya dengan kalimat sopan, bertanya apa keperluan saya dan lain sebagainya, setelah berbincang tentang keperluan saya, satpam langsung mempersilakan saya masuk ke dalam ruangan tanpa antrean. Rasanya ada sesuatu yang berbeda hari ini, semua karyawan BRI menggunakan masker, tanpa mengurangi keramahannya, ternyata masker tidak menjadi penghalang untuk melayani nasabah. Sementara di sebelah kanan tempat saya duduk ada tayangan pidato bapak presiden Jokowi yang akan memberlakukan penutupan kegiatan secara menyeluruh dan terpusat. Sebab masalah wabah Corona ini bukan permasalahan pemerintahan daerah, akan tetapi permasalahan seluruh rakyat Indonesia.
Pemberlakuan berdiam diri di rumah, memang sangat efektif dalam menjaga penyebaran virus Covid-19 ini, akan tetapi ini juga menjadi permasalahan bagi masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai buruh harian dan masyarakat pedagang kecil yang menggunakan jasa Kredit Usaha Rakyat, baik peminjaman itu dari BRI atau dari bank bank yang lain. Menurut keterangan pihak bank, omset pedang pedang kecil menurun drastis, banyak keluhan keluhan di lapangan, apakah pihak bank akan dirugikan bila musibah yang disebabkan oleh wabah ini melanda para kreditur? nah ini perlu bicara khusus dengan pihak bank atau penjamin bank. Hari ini situasi musim Covid-19, jadi pembicaraan dan obrolan juga sangat dibatasi.
Hari ini sudah tanggal 30, hari di mana bank juga sedang menyiapkan laporan untuk tutup buku, jadi terpaksa pihak bank menunda segala transaksi, menunggu setelah tanggal berubah menjadi angka 1,2 atau 3. Oke tak masalah, rupanya Covid sampai juga di tanggal akhir seperti ini, buktinya kita harus jaga jarak di tanggal tanggal akhir begini. Salam sehat, salam jaga jarak.
