Siang ini begitu teduh, dan masih ku jalani hari dengan keadaan Work From Home. Tentu kegiatan yang sedikit menjenuhkan dibandingkan saat berinteraksi langsung dengan orang banyak, khususnya muridku sebab aku seorang guru.
Tak terasa perutku lapar, ingin menikmati makan siang namun ternyata tak ada yang bisa diolah masak di dapur sehingga ku pastikan saja siang ini aku ingin membeli beberapa bungkus nasi untuk ku dan keluarga di sebuah warung nasi di pinggir jalan.
Setibanya diwarung nasi, segera ku pesan beberapa bungkus nasi lengkap dengan lauk potongan ikan dan sayur serta tempe tahu. Disaat sedang dibungkuskan pesanan ku oleh salah satu penjaga warung nasi, tiba tiba dibelakang ku datang seorang lelaki paruh baya berkulit coklat tua dengan mata cekung dan selilit handuk dipundaknya. Ia duduk dan sedikit mengeluh kesah berkata, sepi sekali hari ini dan kemarin jadi bingung. Ku lirik ia dan ternyata dia seorang pemikul dagangan Cobek/Ulekan batu keliling dengan susunan rapih bertumpuk dengan bilah bambu untuk gendongannya. Tak lama ia langsung mencoba memesan makanan dengan berkata, saya mau makan dengan nasi pakai ayam berapa kira kira? Lantas sang pemilik warung nasi pun menjawab sekian. Lalu bapak paruh baya itu berkata: “yang lainnya saja yang lebih murah Mbak” nasi separuh pakai oreg tempe dan kuah sayur. Hati ini rasanya teriris perih sekali (saya malu menoleh dan khawatir dia tersinggung)
Ya Allah, ini adalah cambukan pedih untuk saya yang di sampingnya,
lalu saya katakan pada penjaga warung nasi, berapa Mbak? Saya bayar sekalian punya bapak itu sambil berbisik dan pakai isyarat. Setelah selesai lantas aku pun pergi meninggalkan warung itu dan sepanjang perjalanan pulang, mata ini tak lepas dari pemandangan mereka yang pasrah tanpa senyuman, menunggu rejeki mereka di pinggir jalan yang nyaris sepi tanpa pembeli atau pelanggan seperti tukang becak, ojeg pangkalan dan penjual mainan. Saya tahu mereka terpaksa harus keluar walau tahu di luar sudah sulit mendapat uang karena imbas Lock down.
