*Sarapan Sehat nan Lezat*

Pagi ini dalam mengisi hari libur belajar dan bekerja dirumah.. Saya sudah lama tak merasakan olahraga lagi pagi dihari kerja, sebab biasa hanya bisa dilakukan di hari libur akhir pekan bersama keluarga.
Alhamdulillah setelah berjalan dan berlari lari joging santai keliling kampung alias kavling ditempat tinggal ku selama 20 menit, keringat mengucur deras membasahi baju dan celana ku seperti mandi basah saja hehehe.., pikirku.
Tiba tiba berselang terdengar bunyi aneh namun khas “kriuuk” berulang dan itu ternyata kudapati dari perut ku yang mungkin saja lapar karena belum sarapan pagi. Maka segera ku mencoba mencari sarapan yang sehat nan lezat disekitar tempat ku namun ternyata ahh semua pada menutup alias tidak berdagang, seperti nasi uduk dan lontong sayur pagi.
Akhirnya ku putuskan saja mencari sarapan ke tempat yang agak jauh dari tempatku disekitar Marakash Pondok Ungu Permai., Alhamdulillah ada Gerobak Penjual Soto Ayam Lamongan, lantas ku hentikan sepeda motorku dan ku pesan 1 mangkok.. Hmm suasana sepi sepanjanh jalan, hingga ku anggap agak nyaman suasana ini namun mungkin sedih karena ya pengunjung pembeli hanya sedikit tapi si penjual tetap sabar dan yakin rejeki sudah di atur. Hmmm ternyata hidangan ku sudah siap di meja.. Maka mari kita sarapan dulu untuk jaga stamina dengan makanan yang sehat inj Soto Ayam hehehe.. Yuk mari makan dan jangan lupa berdoa sebelum dan sesudah makan.
