SGI ke-50 Kabupaten Bekasi

Pada Minggu, 23 Juni 2024, Sekolah Guru Indonesia (SGI) menggelar pelatihan ke 50 Kabupaten Bekasi. Kegiatan ini senada dengan program Kementerian Agama Pendidikan Madrasah yang bisa mewujudkan pembaharuan adaftif kolaborasi antara para guru, kepala sekolah dan pihak terkait dengan harapan program pelatihan yang ditawarkan Sekolah Guru Indonesia bisa diimplementasikan nantinya di sekolah masing-masing. Acara tersebut diikuti oleh 10 kepala sekolah dan 20 guru MI dan SD terpilih di Kabupaten Bekasi.
Pelatihan yang bertemakan Military Team Building ini dilaksanakan di Koramil 01 Tambun Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi. Materi pelatihan mencakup berbagai aktivitas yang seru, asyik, dan menantang yang bertujuan untuk menanamkan karakter disiplin, berani, percaya diri, dan kerjasama tim kepada para peserta. Pelatihan ini dipandu oleh pemateri berpengalaman, yaitu Serka Budiawan dan Serma Agus Rianto, dengan fasilitator Rina Purwati, Puji Hastuti, dan Ade Mariatul Qibtia. Turut hadir dalam acara tersebut adalah para aktivis SGI Kabupaten Bekasi seperti Sari, Engkay, dan Nurlela.
Sejak pagi hingga sore hari, para peserta mendapatkan berbagai materi pelatihan yang memacu adrenalin. Dimulai dengan latihan baris-berbaris dan yel-yel semangat dari pemateri, suasana semakin meriah dan penuh energi. Salah satu momen yang tak terlupakan adalah makan siang ngeliwet bersama seluruh peserta, pemateri, dan fasilitator, yang semakin mempererat kebersamaan.
Berbagai games menarik juga disajikan, meskipun cuaca panas di lapangan Koramil saat itu. Games tersebut melatih kecepatan, ketelitian, kerjasama tim, serta strategi berpikir yang tepat. Semua aktivitas ini menggambarkan proses yang akan dialami dalam lingkungan kerja, di mana dibutuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan yang solid dan ketekunan untuk mencapai tujuan.
Pemateri menekankan bahwa seorang guru, selain harus mahir dalam akademik, juga harus tangguh dalam menghadapi berbagai situasi. Guru masa kini diharapkan adaptif, kreatif, inovatif, dan cerdas dalam segala bidang. Menanamkan jiwa kepemimpinan yang berwawasan luas dengan nilai luhur Bhineka Tunggal Ika dan Rahmatan lil ‘aalamiiin menjadi fokus utama pelatihan ini. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan para peserta dapat perlahan menerapkan nilai-nilai dan keterampilan yang diperoleh di sekolah masing-masing, sehingga visi dan misi lembaga pendidikan dapat terwujud dengan baik.
