KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN GURU
(SEKOLAH GURU INDONESIA KE 50 KAB BEKASI)

Hari Ahad, 26 Mei 2024 di Yayasan Almuslim Kp.Utan Setu Tambun Selatan Telah diseleggarakan kegiatan pembukaan program beasiswa pembinaan kepala sekolah dan guru Sekolah Guru Indonesia angkatan ke 50 Kab.Bekasi. Acara yang dimulai pukul 08.00 s.d 14.00 Wib berjalan lancar . Dari peserta terpilih, yang hadir dalam acara tersebut sebanyak 28 orang yakni 9 orang kepala sekolah dan 19 orang guru dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kementerian Agama Kab.Bekasi. Dalam acara tersebut dihadiri oleh Kasie GTK Bonin, S.Pd, MM, Kabid Kurikulum dan Penilaian SD Disdik Kab.Bekasi H.Adi Maryadi, Ph.D, Kasie Pendidikan Madrasah Kemenag Kab.Bekasi Drs H.Umar Natsir Assubhi, M.Si. Fasilitator Kab.Bekasi yang diamanahkan SGI tahun ini yaitu guru Rina Purwati Kepala SDN Cibuntu 02, guru Ade Mariatul Qibtiah dari SDN Karang Satria 03, guru Pujihastuti dari MI Negeri Bekasi. Aktivis SGI Angkatan ke 1 Kab.bekasi turut hadir berkolaborasi bahu membahu mensukseskan acara diantaranya guru Sari, guru Engkay, guru Rahayu, guru Santi, guru Titin dan aktivis tamu dari Jakarta guru Ella.
Di hadapan seluruh peserta, juga tamu undangan Rina Purwati sebagai fasilitator SGI Kab.Bekasi menyampaikan sambutan dan laporan ketua panitia. Rina menjelaskan mulai proses awal sebanyak 177 peserta mengikuti seleksi berkas dan seleksi wawancara yang sangat ketat. Mereka para kepsek dan guru-guru hebat Sekabupaten Bekasi akhirnya terpilih menjadi 30 peserta terbaik untuk mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan program SGI selama 6 bulan ke depan di tahun 2024 ini. Tim fasilitator yang sudah diamanahkan oleh program dompet dhuafa berharap seluruh peserta selalu semangat mengikuti kegiatan program pembinaan beasiswa dari awal sampai akhir. Selain itu, Rina juga menyampaikan sosialisasi program dan time line kegiatan. Pembukaan kegiatan acara tersebut Pak Bonin dan H.Umar Natsir mengalungkan kartu peserta secara simbolis diwakili oleh H.Armain Kepsek SDN Karang Satria 03 dan Fitriani guru SD Almuslim
Kehadiran Para Pejabat Pemerintah Kasie GTK Bonin dalam sambutannya memberikan motivasi kuat kepada seluruh peserta agar bisa memanfaatkan kesempatan yang saat ini diberikan oleh SGI. Beliau juga berharap para Kepsek dan guru yang sudah terpilih bersaing sportif dalam memajukan kualitas Pendidikan yang ada di Kab.Bekasi. Demikian juga harapan Kasie Penmad Kementrian Agama Kab.Bekasi H.Umar Natsir berharap tidak hanya guru yang berhasil berubah ke arah yang lebih baik, akan tetapi seluruh steakholders terkait di masing-masing sekolah akan mengalami perubahan yang semakin berkualitas, bersaing kuat dengan perkembangan jaman yang semakin kompetitif. Selain itu, Kabid Kurikulum dan Penilaian SD Adi Maryadi memberikan pencerahan interaktif kepada seluruh peserta bahwasanya “Setiap kita butuh motivasi, jadikan orang sekitar rivalitas dan tantangan atau ancaman, agar dalam diri muncul semangat lebih baik & semakin baik”. Dalam penjelasannya juga beliau memberikan motivasi, agar kualitas sekolah sesuai standar dan sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat. Beliau juga menjelaskan dalam Lembaga atau organisasi akan ada tipe bawahan yang komitmen (berdiri di depan lakukan perubahan), berjiwa die hard (siap berani mati), tipe complain (mau melakukan tapi menggerutu), dan tipe resisten (pemberontak). Karena itu butuh jiwa kepemimpinan leadership dan berharap kepsek atau guru harus komunikatif, jangan arogan, dan menjadi pemimpin yang transformatif dengan perkembangan jaman di era digital seperti sekarang. Dalam hal ini sejalan dengan program SGI yang berfokus pada pengkaderan guru pemimpin dalam mewujudkan ekosistem pendidikan yang berkualitas yang mendukung pengembangan kepemimpinan peserta didik, menstimulus kepala sekolah, guru dalam penguatan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan guru dan murid di sekolah secara mandiri, dapat belajar, bertumbuh dan berdaya. Dengan tag line SGI yakni guru pemimpin yang terus bergerak, kreatif, berdaya guna, bermanfaat untuk sesama, berkarya inovatif, berkarakter, dan berkompetisi sesuai perkembangan jaman.
