70 TAHUN KABUPATEN BEKASI, DUA KALI LEBIH BAIK, DUA KALI LEBIH SEJAHTERA

Jujur, saya bukan asli orang Bekasi. Saya datang ke Bekasi karena melaksanakan tugas menjadi guru 27 tahun yang silam di Bojongmangu, salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Bekasi yang merupakan kecamatan paling bontot. Waktu itu, ada rasa sedih sekaligus heran, ko Bekasi yang menjadi kabupaten penyangga ibukota, ada yang wilayahnya begitu memprihatinkan. Tak ada listrik, bahkan air sebagai kebutuhan utama manusia sangat susah didapat. Bagaimana dengan Sumber Daya Manusianya? Kondisinya bahkan lebih menyedihkan. Banyak yang masih buta huruf, banyak yang DO sekolah, dan tak sedikit yang menikah di bawah umur. Kedaaan itulah yang membuat saya bertahan di Bekasi, karena nurani saya untuk turut serta mengabdi dan menjadi bagian dari pembangunan sumber daya Bekasi, khususnya di dunia pendidikan.
Hari berganti, tahun berlalu. Alhamdulillah, saya melihat perkembangan Bekasi begitu pesat. Berkat kesigapan pemerintah dan kerjasama antara aparat dan masyarakat, pembangunan di Bekasi sungguh mengagumkan dan luar biasa. Listrik dipasang, PDAM sebagai sumber air yang bisa mengalirkan air bersih menuju rumah-rumah dibangun, jalan yang dulu hanya bisa dilalui oleh kendaraan roda dua dan bahkan jika hujan hanya bisa dilalui dengan jalan kaki, kini sudah dicor tidak hanya jalan utama, tapi juga dicor jalan-jalan kecil masuk gang dan perkampungan. Pembangunan tidak hanya fisik tapi peningkatan SDM selalu menjadi prioritas sehingga alhamdulillah kini masyarakat sudah jauh lebih pintar dan cerdas. Tak ada lagi anak-anak SD yang DO bahkan program wajib belajar sembilan tahun sudah sukses 100 persen. Hal yang membuat lebih bangga lagi adalah banyaknya lulusan Perguruan Tinggi sehingga kini tidak kesulitan mencari guru yang mau mengajar di sekolah dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang linier meski masih sebagai tenaga honorer.
Kini, 15 Agustus 2020 Bekasi menginjak usia ke 70. Tema hari jadi kali ini adalah “Bekerja Bersama Untuk Bekasi Dua kali Tambah Baik”. Sungguh sebuah tema yang mengajak kita bekerja lebih semangat, bekerja sama saling bahu membahu karena tanpa adanya kerjasama, sebaik apapun program yang dimiliki akan percuma belaka. Semoga saja, tema tersebut tidak hanya sebatas slogan tapi benar-benar dilaksanakan oleh segenap masyarakat Bekasi.
Tanggal 15 Agustus 2020 ini juga merupakan hari dimana seluruh Kepala Sekolah dan guru ASN baik TK, SD dan SMP melaksanakan E-absensi pada aplikasi BISMA sesuai dengan surat dari kepala dinas pendidikan kabupaten Bekasi nomor 800/1175/Sekre-Disdik/2020 tanggal 14 Agustus 2020 tentang pemberlakuan absensi menggunakan aplikasi BISMA. Dalam melaksanakan E-Absensi ini, seluruh ASN wajib mengunggah foto diri di tempat kerja baik ketika datang maupun pulang. Datang dimulai pukul 07.00 dan pulang paling cepat pukul 13.40 untuk sekolah yang menyelenggarakan 6 hari kerja serta pukul 15.00 untuk sekolah yang menyelenggarakan 5 hari kerja.
Awalnya saya heran, kenapa pemberlakuan E-Absensi itu dimulai hari Sabtu, bukan hari Senin. Tapi kemudian saya memberikan asumsi sekaligus sangat mengapresiasi pemberlakuan ini dimulai tanggal 15 Agustus, sebagai awal momentum lahirnya kebiasaan baru agar seluruh ASN bisa lebih disiplin dari sebelumnya dan kita tahu bahwa dengan kedisiplinan pasti melahirkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Dimulai tanggal 15 Agustus bertepatan dengan hari jadi ke 70 Kabupaten tentunya memiliki tujuan agar ke depan ASN Bekasi bisa membawa Kabupaten Bekasi menjadi Kabupaten yang benar-benar maju dan berkualitas. Terlepas dari benar atau tidaknya asumsi saya tersebut, semoga ini adalah awal yang baik menuju Bekasi Baru Bekasi Bersih dan tentunya tidak berlebihan jika diberlakukannya E-Absensi ini juga diharapkan menjadi langkah awal agar pemerintah kabupaten Bekasi bisa memberikan tambahan TPP dan jastek buat para guru minimal dua kali lipat sebagai tambahan kesejahteraan para guru. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menambah kinerja para abdi negara di dunia pendidikan menjadi lebih semangat.
Jika tema kabupaten Bekasi saja menghendaki agar Bekasi bisa menjadi dua kali lebih baik, tentunya tidak berlebihan jika kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya kesejahteraan guru baik yang ASN maupun honorer sebagai ujung tombak pembangunan sumber daya manusia menginginkan kesejahteraan dua kali lipat. So, kita semua pasti setuju, Bekasi, Insya Allah mampu. Saya yakin, ke depan Bekasi akan menjadi penyangga ibukota yang benar-benar maju, karena didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang handal dan sejahtera.
